Bibimbap

Bibimbap is a Korean cuisine, which means "mixed rice" with toppings on it in the form of vegetables, namely carrots, cucumber, bean sprouts, mushrooms hioko / shitake, beef, eggs, and spicy sauce called gochujang, before eating, stir rice and side dishes a healthy diet because it contained satu.Contoh proteins, carbohydrates and other Nutrients that are good for our bodies and the following is bibimbap recipe:

ingredients:
400 g rice fluffier
400 g thinly sliced ​​meat
25 g mushrooms hioko / sliced ​​dried shitake

Shredded Sauce Ingredients:
3 tbsp soy sauce

3 cloves garlic, crushed, chopped
1 stalk spring onion, thinly sliced
200 ml of water

 
Vegetable Sauce Ingredients marinade:
3 tsp soy sauce
1/2 teaspoon coarse ground black pepper
1 clove garlic, crushed, chopped
1 stalk spring onion, thinly sliced


How to Make:


The first step
Mix the sauce ingredients until blended and shredded as well as vegetable marinade sauce.
The second step
  Mix the meat with the sauce and mushrooms hioko shredded separately and let stand 30 minutes.
The third step
Heat a skillet 1sdm minyakgoreng then saute cucumbers and carrots separately until wilted then drain
The fourth step
Mixed bean sprouts, cucumbers, and carrots with a vegetable sauce marinade separately. Set aside until the meat is ready
The fifth step
Heat 1 tablespoon oil over medium heat gureng with sauteed mushrooms

The sixth step
