Koreans Eating Habits

Korean society generally eat using jeotgarak (chopsticks of stainless steel) and sutgarak (long spoon) combined sutgarak and jeotgarak is called sujeo (sets of chopsticks and spoons), side dishes or banchan eaten with chopsticks. Unlike countries such as china and japan korean people have been using a spoon or sutgarak since  5 M.
 
They have a habit of eating while sitting on pillows (without seats) on a low table with a crossed leg position (
crosses sit). Korean society has rules in serving food.




Rice is usually served in a bowl with a diameter higher than the bowl that is in use, they use untukmenyajikan Sub bowl with a larger size and width that is usually in place on the right rice.


Other Korean people's habits by eating jjigae or fry foods such as ramen noodles kind of a big pot together in the middle of the table. They set the dish to provide a varied banchan served in a bowl - small bowl that is usually eaten with chopsticks.
