Miyeok Guk


Miyeok Guk or sub seaweed is typical of Korean cuisine which is usually Miyeok Guk is presented at the time believed to be the birthday of longevity if eaten. In addition it can also maintain stamina, following Miyeok Guk Recipe:

material:
Soak dried seaweed cold water 15 minutes then cut into pieces as desired.
scallop / shrimp / beef
minced garlic
oyster sauce / soy sauce / Soy sauce
sesame oil to taste water
pepper salt

ways:
step 1
  heat the sesame oil and then saute the scallops.
Step 2
pour enough water, then enter the minced garlic.
Step 3
Once the mussels cooked enter seaweed, bumbuhi with salt, pepper, oyster sauce.
Step 4
Raise if the seaweed has matured, and Serve hot.
